Join us for a weekly yoga class designed to nurture and empower you through every stage of your journey, from childbearing to menopause. This safe and welcoming space focuses on gentle movements, breathwork, and mindfulness, supporting your body and spirit as they grow and change.
When: Saturday 9:30-10:30am and Every other Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm
