I became a midwife because: I've been called. After working as a doula my desire to encourage and empower mothers grew stronger and I knew that my impact could be so much larger as a midwife.

Before I was a midwife: I worked with many California non-profit organizations empowering young women to see their potential beyond what was presented to them by society. I've been a homemaker, an educator, a coordinator, and a business owner. All of my previous endeavors have led me to being a midwife and empowering women during the most transformational part of their lives, becoming a mother.
